We carry full Public Liability Insurance for £5m     

What if it rains?

My garden is small, how much space will I need for a Bouncy Castle?

This depends on the Bouncy Castle you decide to hire, at least 1.5m at the back and 1m either side is enough space. You can view the dimensions of all our Bouncy Castles on our website.  If unsure, give us a call.

Will the bouncy castle damage my grass?

We use ground sheets on all Bouncy Castles, so all it will do is flatten your grass for a few days, and the holes for anchor pegs should disappear in no time.

Can I move or relocate the Bouncy Castle?

Strictly No. Do not ever re-position the Bouncy Castle.

How many children are allowed on the Bouncy Castle?

Between 6 and 8 children of the same age and size, Depending on which Bouncy Castle you decide to hire.

What preparations should I make before taking delivery of the Bouncy Castle?

We ask that you ensure we have a 3ft wide access to the site, 4ft for our larger castles. Please ensure the area is free from any sharp objects, excessive mud and dog mess. An electricity point is required within 25m. We will be forced to refuse bookings for sites that are unsuitable for bouncy castles e.g. communal areas, sloping, uneven or dirty gardens. (If this is the case please call us before booking so we can come out and assess your garden to see if it is safe to hire a Bouncy Castle).

What happens on the day?

Our trained staff deliver and set up your bouncy castle hire for you.

Some points to bear in mind before taking delivery of one of our bouncy castles;

  1. Have you measured the space to ensure you have enough room for the bouncy castle?

  2. Is the space for the bouncy castle castle all grass, flat and clear? (outdoors we can only set up on real grass, we are unable to set up outdoors on any other surface.)

  3. Is access clear into the garden and all litter and dog fowl removed?

  4. Is there an electricity source nearby?

Will you organise the delivery and set-up of the Bouncy Castle?

Yes of course. Our friendly, fully trained and insured staff will go out of their way to help you have the best party ever.
